July Update

Ark Quest Successes

* Thanks to recent fundraising for musical instruments, Ark Quest students were able to participate in a county music competition for the first time ever! This was a very special opportunity for Ark Quest.

* Ark Quest sports teams have had recent success in local competitions, with some students being selected to represent football at the county level.

* The school agricultural club established a small farm of maize. They have been able to harvest 15kg of maize and have been encouraged to transfer these skills to their home environment for the benefit of their families.

Textbooks Update

There continues to be an ongoing need for textbooks as the curriculum has been revised. Senior students are especially struggling as they share the available books between groups of students.

Ark Quest Walk - Save the Date!

Our annual Ark Quest Walk will be held on Saturday 9th of November. We would love for as many of you as possible to join us!

This year we are focusing on raising money to complete the building of the permanent school. We are planning for Calvine to be there as part of a fundraising and awareness campaign for Ark Quest Education Centre. Please pray that Calvine will be granted the necessary visa for entry into New Zealand.
